With your order at snus.de, you accept the following terms of Snus International Inc., New York, NY, USA.

• With your order at snus.de you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Offer is contingent on availability of product.
• Quoted prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Orders below 45,00 EUR/USD are subject to a 4,00 EUR/USD shipping and handling fee.
• Payments may be made via bank transfer to our German bank account, or credit card payment (we accept VISA and American Express).
• All incidental fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
• All orders are shipped as soon as possible. snus.de will not guarantee the delivery to a fixed date.
• Shipping of U.S. products will occur via U.S. Postal Service, Air Mail and delivery time (to Europe) averages 7-10 business days. Swedish products will be shipped with the Swedish Post and delivery (to Europe) takes 2-4 business days on average. Delivery time may however exceed these averages. Shipping to countries other than those of the European Union may eventually take substantially longer.
• If you should be dissatisfied with the goods purchased, you may return them to the sender at our costs within 7 days after arrival of the goods. We will - depending on your preference - reship your order or refund your order total.
• Despite the vast experience in international deliveries, we are unable to completely rule out the occurence of additional custom fees in the receipient's country. It is the customer's obligation to gather information on the applicable import regulations and fee schemes in his country. Snus International Inc. will not compensate any import charges paid. Every customer faced with additional fees, however has the discretion to reject the shipment. We will then refund the total order amount.
• Personal data provided is used only to facilitate business transactions, as permitted by law, and will never be provided to third parties.
• Refund Policy: In case your are dissatisfied with your order or our service, you may return your order any time and we will immediately refund the full order amount.
