Delivery Country, Available Products and Prices
The delivery country is the country to which you want the order to be send to. It is selected automatically based on your IP-address. This method is however not faultless and it can happen that the wrong country is selected. In this case you have the possibility to manually change/correct the delivery country. This is important, as the selection of the appropriate delivery country serves two purposes: As you can see, the selection of the correct delivery country is important. Please adjust it when necessary. This won't empty your basket, but adjust it if necessary and you may continue with your ordering process.
Ordering from snus.de
Please place your order on our website www.snus.de. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders submitted by Email, letter or fax. Please proceed as follows if this is your first order with us:
1. Make sure the selected delivery country is the one you want your order to be shipped to. If necessary, please adjust it.
2. Select the items and quantities you would like to purchase and add them to your basket.3. You may click on "my basket" at any time to review and adjust your order. Click on "checkout" if your order is complete.
4. As an existing customer you may now log in using your customer ID or Email-address and password. In case you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one to be send to your Email-address. As a new customer, please provide a billing and delivery address.
5. Now select the desired method of payment. You may pay with American Express, Visa or by bank transfer (EFT) to our German bank account. If you select Visa, you will be redirected to the processing company's website.
6. After your order is completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation Email. It contains your order details, your customer ID and your password. You will receive two further Emails from us. One upon the receipt of your payment, the other when your order has been dispatched.
7. You may at any time log in to the My Account area to check the status of your order or repeat an order. Also, you can adjust your personal data and password. Back to menu
Available Methods of Payment
Currently we offer two methods of payment:
1. Pay with credit card
Credit card transactions are 128-bit encrypted to protect the information you enter online. 128-bit encryption is among the most powerful encryption standards available. Currently we accept VISA and American Express. We no longer convert EUR totals into US-Dollar. If your order was placed in EUR, you will now be charged EUR, too.
2. You may pay by electronic fund transfer (EFT)
If this is your preferred method of payment, you will receive the necessary bank account data (IBAN, Swift-Code) along with your order confirmation. Our bank account is located in Germany.
Delivery
All orders are processed as soon as possible, usually 1-2 days after we have received payment. American smokeless tobacco and chewing tobacco are send with the U.S. Postal Service (Airmail). Swedish moist snuff is shipped directly from Sweden. We ship it at least three times per week, Airmail only. Orders should reach their destination within 7-10 working days. Due to third parties involved, we cannot 100% guarantee a delivery within the regular delivery time.
Please note that in case you have ordered both, American products and Swedish snuff, you will receive two parcels!
All shipped products are FRESH!

To your convenience, there are further features available in your My Account area, which you can access with your customer ID and password.
- My account
With your customer ID and your password, you can log in to the My Account area. There you can not only change your personal data, but also make use of other features. - History
You can access your complete order history in the My Account area. The shipping dates are displayed, too, so you know when to expect your current order. Your are always up-to-date. - Repeat an order
In the My Account area, you may chose to repeat any of your past orders placed with us. This is very convenient. Please mind that when you repeat an order, the current prices are applied. Also, items which are not available any more (such as temporary specials) are removed from your order. You will be displayed eventually changes on the final overview of your order.
About the products we offer
We offer American smokeless tobacco and chewing tobacco, as well as Swedish snuff, called snus.
We offer a large Variety of American smokeless tobacco. Different brands, such as Skoal and Copenhagen, and different styles, e.g. snuff, fine cut, long cut and pouches.
2. Chewing tobacco
We offer a broad range of the most popular chewing tobaccos as well.
3. Swedish Snus
This kind of smokeless tobacco is very popular in northern Europe. More and more customers ask for Swedish snuff, as it is well-known for it’s infinitesimal amount of harmful substances. To some a real alternative to other, more harmful ways of tobacco consumption.
